PhD student in Prof. Sandro Keller's molecular biophysics group, University of Kaiserslautern, Germany. Biologist by training, now particularly interested in membrane protein stability, folding, reconstitution and topology.
Basic pre-PhD experience with immunofluorescence microscopy, crystallography and x-ray diffraction and black lipid membranes. Now in addition to methods for protein expression and purification using biophysical methods such as circular and linear dichroism spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering and isothermal titration calorimetry.
